Our Story
Underdog was founded in 2023, with owner and head trainer Alice Tucker launching the business after establishing a base working with EYE2EYE Dogs, where classes are still held in Kingston Seymour.
We believe in maintaining a happy, fun, family-orientated yet structured education for both dogs and owners. Classes are open to dogs of all levels, from puppies to young dogs to adults, who may choose to work towards their Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.
We also work on a 1-to-1 basis, which is ideal for dogs with specific gaps in their arsenal whether it's recall, reactivity issues, anxiety or a particular behaviour.

Alice Tucker

Head Trainer & Owner
Alice started working with dogs in 2019, applying for volunteering roles and seeking canine education, landing a permanent role with EYE2EYE Dogs in 2023 before launching Underdog later in the year as she found major success thanks to her positive, welcoming presence and patience with all clients that she meets.
Luna
Co-Owner
Luna is a 7 year old working line black labrador who enjoys agility, competes in scentwork trials with NNA and Nosework Games, but also loves taking upside-down naps. She is the primary model for photography at Underdog, but can also be found being used as a stooge dog during 1-to-1 sessions.
Andrew Charles
Trainer & Assistant
Andrew has been working with dogs for 5 years, having volunteered with a number of leading trainers in the local area. He is passionate about continuing his professional development and invests in his knowledge on dog training and behaviour modification.
Dizz Harris-Pope
Trainer & Assistant
Dizz joined Team Underdog in January 2026, with a background in dog walking she also wanted to grow her skillset and the on training classes. She starting as class assistant, shadowing Alice and Andrew she quickly learned from our trainers and soon began taking classes of her own where her experience and patience shine through.
